Change currency on QB 2015
How do I get rid of XDR and replace it with $ sign at the bottom of invoices. When I go into preferences to choose home currency, US Dollar is greyed out?

I’ve installed QBD 2022. It prints $ sign on invoice. What’s my next step please?

In addition to what Fiat Lux - Asia mentioned, let's go back to your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and repair it since everything looks fine on the trial license that you've installed. Repairing QuickBooks can help fix common issues you encounter while using, updating, or installing QBDT.
Here's how to do it:
- First, back up your company file.
- Restart your computer.
- Click the Windows icon and type in Control Panel.
- Choose Programs and Features then Uninstall a Program.
- Select QuickBooks and click Uninstall/Change.
- Click Continue, or Next.
- Select Repair and Next.
- Hit Finish.
