Data population issue

I am attempting to create an invoice and i am unable to change invoice numbers. I am also unable to select pre saved products and services from the invoice description app. This was all possible just an hour ago. 

When trying to edit form settings, i just get a blank screen. 

 

When trying to use the AI feature to map products within an invoice, i am given a data population error at the top. 

 

This needs to be addressed immediately.

You can follow these troubleshooting steps to fix the issue when changing an invoice number. Start by signing out of your QuickBooks Online account and signing back in. If the problem continues, try accessing QuickBooks Online in incognito or private browsing mode.


It’s also helpful to use a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Unsupported or outdated browsers may cause certain features to not load properly.

However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Live Support team. To fully determine why you are encountering an error when managing your invoices. They have the tools and resources to examine this issue in greater detail and provide you with a tailored solution.

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon in the top-right corner of your QBO dashboard.
  2. Click Search, then enter a keyword related to your concern.
  3. Select Contact Us.

No you actually don't understand how frustrating it is. This program has turned into junk and the features we need do not work. I am so upset right now because I have wasted hours on trying to figure out why classes are not appearing on the sales receipts and also like another person mentioned the "FORMS" feature is blank. AND NO IT IS NOT THE BROWSER, WHICH SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE ANYWAY. BY NOW QBO SHOULD BE SUPPORTING ANY BROWSER. THAT IS A STUPID EXCUSE THAT THEY ASKED YOU TO REPLY WITH.

WE PAY FOR THE PRODUCT WE WANT ANSWERS.
