How do you get rid of the "Have a Question?" windows that appears every time you open the software?

We've tried disabling pop-up ads in the QuickBooks preferences, but that has not helped.

Hi there, ScarNegie. The "Have a Question?" and similar pop-ups in QuickBooks persist because they are hard-coded as default features intended to guide users and promote additional Intuit services.

To clear this notification, click the X mark button, usually found in the upper right corner of your screen. This action will help you regain clarity and keep your workspace organized.

I recognize how helpful it can be to maintain an organized and distraction-free workspace while using QuickBooks. With this in mind, I highly encourage you to share your feedback and suggestions directly with our Product Development team.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Press the Feedback option.
  3. Enter your suggestions.
  4. Tap Next to submit them successfully.

If you have any additional concerns, please share them with us.
