does anyone know how to get notified if a customer accepts an estimate?

Syncing your personal and business email can help you get notified when a customer accepts an estimate, saving time and allowing you to focus on other important tasks.

For us to do this, ensure that the correct email address is set up in your  QuickBooks Online (QBO) account by going to the Gear icon, choosing Account and Settings, selecting Company and making the necessary changes in the Email section by clicking on the Edit option and clicking Done to save these changes.

Once done, send the estimate and check your email inbox for the notification. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to Estimates and click on Review and Send.
2. Check all the details before clicking on Send Estimate.
3.  Open the estimate from your email inbox and click on the Review and Approve to see that the estimate was accepted.
