Download ProAdvisor Certification

When downloading certificate i just got ProAdvisor badge, but no certificate in the downloaded zip file. why ? and what is the Solution

If you have, let's try clearing your browser's history or restarting your computer.

In addition, I recommend sending a picture to us of what the download looks like when opening it.
