Download Reports in Planner has Disappeared

The Download Reports feature in Planner is gone this morning.  I have used it on Monday mornings at least since September 2024 to download the Planner data to use in off-line modeling and review.  Today it is gone. I have tried both Chrome in normal and Icognito mode and Edge and its is gone in all of them.  Anyone else seeing this?  Why would a good feature like this be removed?  Support via chat wasn't helpful.  They claimed it didn't exist and I should request it.  However, the online help explains how to use it!!!  ugh.  Waiting on a manager to call me
