I have several ways how you can see those emails you've sent via QuickBooks Online (QBO). To do so, you can either pull up a transaction report or run the Audit log. Follow along below to get started.
Running a report to view sent emails will depend on what form or transaction you've emailed. If these are customer or vendor transactions, refer below:
Navigate to the Reports menu.
Next, type in Transaction List by Customer(for customer) or Transaction List by Vendor(for vendor) in the Find report by name field.
Once opened, set the report period to today's date.
Next, select Columns and enable the Sent option (If you're unable to see the option, you can switch to Classic view, select the Gear icon, and check the Sent box.).
Those sent forms will have Sent status in the Sent column.
You can also save the customization to preserve the modified columns and use them in the future.
On the other hand, you can run the Audit log report to see all the forms you've sent. Here's how:
Select the Gear icon and click Audit log.
Next, select your user name or email address in the User field.
Select Today in the Date Changed field and All Events in the Events drop-down.
Those sent forms will have Emailed status in the Event column.
I'd be right here to lend a hand if you have other concerns managing your sent forms, please don't hesitate to leave a reply below. Have a great day ahead.
