Emailing Forms

Hi,

Is there a way to use custom templates (Sales orders, Invoices, PO's) in the Company Preference section to assign different email templates? For example, we want to save templates for each user who sends these forms, to have different wording and email signatures, but the only recognized forms are the generic system generated forms. I want to be able to use the forms I edited and saved and use daily.

Thanks!

Jen

Hi there, Jenni5966.

QuickBooks Desktop lets you customize email message content in sales form templates to match your company's style. However, adding individualized email signatures for specific users is unavailable.

We understand how this can improve the identity and professionalism of your team when corresponding with customers. Therefore, I recommend sending feedback to our product development team. Your input helps drive improvements to better fit your business needs. Here's how you can send feedback:

  1. Go to Help, then choose Send Feedback Online.
  2. Select Product Suggestions.
  3. Share your ideas about improvements you'd like to see.
  4. Once done, click Send Feedback.

Let us know if you have any further questions about custom templates.
