Employee Details Report Missing

I'm completing our WC audit and the Employee Details report is no longer listed. I've searched for help via google and it tells me exactly where it "was" but it's simply not there. Even tried igcognito. I've had to manually entered in required data like job descriptions. Is it gone for good?

The Employee Details report is still available, @karen39.

 

I appreciate your initiative in troubleshooting to address your concern. To further resolve this, please ensure you're using the correct company file that has the Employee Details report. Once confirmed, I recommend using another supported browser to access your QBO and view the same report.

  1. Click (?) Help, then proceed to the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom of the Help panel.
  3. Decide how you would like to talk to an expert: Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

If the report is already available, you can customize it to display all the details when tracking and analyzing your employee's working information.
