Estimate Template

It seems like QB online does not have as much customization as QBDT, so I created a custom estimate template in quickbooks desktop and I would like to import it into quickbooks online. Is this possible and how do you do it?

Thanks for joining the Community and getting involved with this thread, APAC Brian.

I can certainly understand how an ability to import custom estimate templates from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

You can also submit your own feedback while using QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Use the Gear (Settings) icon.
  2. Go to Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Select Next.

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing our Product Updates page.

For the time being, you can review our Customize invoices, estimates, & sales receipts article for detailed steps on customizing form templates inside of QuickBooks Online.

If there's any questions, I'm just a post away. Have a wonderful Wednesday!
