"Give feedback" tool in QuickBooks Online Advanced

I've been using the "Give feedback" feature for about a year, in QuickBooks Online Advanced. I have never been able to "take a screenshot" using the tool. I always get a message window showing the tool attempting to take the screenshot, and then a "Whoops!" message window indicating that something went wrong. I always end up having to take screenshots manually, then uploading, which is time-consuming.

 

Does anyone else experience this issue? I wish they'd improve the "Give feedback" tool so that it worked properly.

It's almost like the Give Feedback button is useless.

 

Have you ever seen evidence that any your feedback is being used for future updates? I haven't.
