Question

Has anyone else had an issue where customer's invoices don't show the option to "review and pay" but now their option is "print and save"? Is there a solution?

It appears our online payment option isn't working. When customers open emails, they can't pay straight from the email the way they normally can clicking the "review and pay" button. That button has now been replaced with "print and save." Any feedback or suggestions on how to correct this is greatly appreciated. This is going to be a big problem for my company if we can't resolve quickly.

Appreciate the information you've shared, Kathy. We need to update the payment methods and email options located in the Sales tab under Account and Settings.

 

To do so, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Sales tab.
  4. In the Invoice payments option, check all the payment methods.
  5. Then in the Online delivery option, make sure to select Online invoice, just click the drop-down to choose.
