Currently, we haven't received any issues regarding difficulties in reaching Intuit, @moniquerose.
 

Our Live Support Team's business hours availability varies based on subscription type.
 

Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start subscribers can access support Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and on Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. While Advanced subscribers have 24/7 access to support, available any time, any day.
