Question

Has anyone else noticed a glitch in the forms section of QB? Mainly the Purchase order form is the default and not what we've been using?

Overnight our form changed and QB team not able to correct it and not responding with a solution. I think it may have been an update that went wrong but trying to get a solution. Anybody?

Hi there, @brett41! Thanks for sharing your experience in the QuickBooks Community.

Currently, QuickBooks Online offers custom form styles for invoices, estimates, and sales receipts, but not for purchase orders. While you can add custom fields  to a purchase order, a completely custom template isn't available.

The best way to get this feature looked at and considered for future improvements is to submit feedback directly to our product development team.

To submit feedback for QuickBooks Online

1.Go to Settings gear icon. and select Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Your valuable feedback is sent to the Product Development team to help improve your QuickBooks Online experience.

We were using a form the day before, since January actually and it vanished overnight and no help from Intuit.  It worked for us, now we have some generic looking things with info scattered around and doesn't )anything like it did.  I am still waiting for someone to get back with us on this issue now multiple days old and counting.
