Has anyone had experience switching to quickbooks and importing all data/ invoices from invoice simple app or other invoice apps? How do i go about this

While we wait for others to share their experiences, Moosh, let me guide you on how to import your invoices from Invoice Simple into QuickBooks Solopreneur.

QuickBooks supports invoice imports via CSV files. So, check if the Invoice Simple application can export your invoices in CSV format. If it can, ensure your CSV file includes columns for Invoice Number, Customer, Invoice Date, Due Date, and Item Amount.

Start importing them using the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Import Data.
   
2. From the dropdown menu, choose Invoice and then click Import.
   
3. Next, click Browse to upload your CSV file.
4. Check the box for Add a new customer to QuickBooks to sync any new customer profiles included in the file, then click Next to proceed.
5. Map the invoice fields as prompted and click Next.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

After that, your can mark your invoices as paid after you have received payment from your clients. This ensures your records remain accurate.
