Question

Has anyone received a bill or call indicating that QB is unbundling support billing from subscription billing? Does anyone know how to reach Billing directly?

We have received calls that may be spam (although not asking for immediate payment) or may be legit and have not received followup promised material.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. The possibility of QuickBooks unbundling support billing is an important topic to address. Currently we haven't received any reports regarding this, kogexx.

May I know how you received this bill? Was it sent via email or communicated through a phone call? If it was through email, please note that suspicious emails are sometimes designed to trick you into sharing your personal information. These scams can take various forms and often appear convincing.

To ensure the legitimacy of this communication, you'll want to contact our QuickBooks Support Team to review your billing and subscription and verify whether the call or email is originally from Intuit. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to the (?) Help menu and select the Search tab.
  2. Enter Contact us in the  Search field.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Choose the Callback option.
  5. Follow prompt until you'll be connected to one of our representative.

I've added this article for you to know how to avoid support scams and identify an official Intuit websites: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.

You can always get back to us if you have any other concerns about any Intuit communications you're receiving. We're always right there to help.
