How can I change my phone number without access to my old phone number?

Let me help you update your phone number in QuickBooks Online (QBO), LauraSpain.

First of all, I want to acknowledge that this is not the experience we want you to have while using the program. In QBO, you can update or change your phone number without needing a code sent to your previous number. You’ll just need to complete the recovery form.

Before you fill out the form, make sure you have one of the following documents handy:

• Driver’s license
• State ID
• Passport
• Notarized document
