How can i fix error 103?

You'll face error 103 due to an ID or password error. It may be incorrect for the bank account you're trying to connect to. To fix the error, follow the steps below:

Check if the sign-in info is correct. 
Make sure that you use the correct credentials for the bank account. 

1. Open a new window in your web browser and navigate to your bank's website. Take note of the website address for future reference.
2. Sign in using your user ID and password. If you have multiple accounts with the bank, ensure that you sign in to the correct account that you want to connect with QuickBooks.
3. Once you sign in, you can confirm the user ID and password are correct. If you encounter a sign-in error, follow your bank's instructions to retrieve your user ID, reset your password, or both.

If your bank requires third-party access, turn it on. 
Some banks require permission to link your account to another service, such as QuickBooks Online. When you visit your bank's website, verify if this permission is needed. If it is, follow your bank's instructions to enable it. Alternatively, contact your bank for assistance if required.
