Question

How do I change the print settings for ledgers? As it is, it's huge and cramped. Is there a way to shrink it down so it's legible?

On desktop, the ledgers would print at about a 10pt and all the columns would fit (or could be forced to fit) on one page without splitting lines. I don't see where I have any control over the size of the ledger-sheet, width-wise or font size.

Hello, Rutlandfuel. I'll provide you with the details of the possible options to address your concern.

If you're referring to the Chart of Accounts, you can only modify the scaling, as options to adjust the width, size, or font are currently unavailable.

On the other hand, if you meant the General Ledger page, direct edits are also unsupported. As a workaround, you can export the General Ledger to Excel, where you'll have complete flexibility to customize it according to your needs.

Here are the steps to export your ledger to Excel:

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Enter General Ledger in the search bar.
  3. Click the icon near the three dots in the upper-right corner of your screen.
