How do I change the receipt forwarding email? I went to settings it displayed email "verified" but not what I can edit. What steps should I take?

You can update your email address through your Intuit Account Manager, asolutionb.

 

Since you've mentioned that the existing email is already verified, we can no longer change it directly within your QuickBooks account. Instead, we can update it by following the steps below:

 

  1. Log in to the Intuit Account Manager using your QuickBooks login information.
  2. Click on the Overview menu.


     
  3. Select the Change email section.  
  4. Once done, click Save.

After you've updated your email address, make sure to change your email in the Company settings within QuickBooks Online. This is to ensure that your customers receive the accurate contact information for your business on sales forms.
