how do I delete a customer incorrectly entered

QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have an option to delete a customer. However, you can mark them as Inactive, which removes them from the active list of customers.

Here’s how:

1. On the left side of your screen, click Accounting.
2. Select Customer Hub, then Customers.
3. Find the customer you want to make inactive.
4. In the drop-down menu, select Make inactive.
