How do I find out when my payroll subscription expires? I received an email that is was expiring today and I call [phone number removed] and they wanted me to pay them 4000. Guessing this is a scam

You can access the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) to check your payroll subscriptions,  @PamRachel150.

 

The products and services section in CAMPs displays all your registered Desktop apps and subscription information. Here are the steps to access CAMPs:

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Make sure you're signed in with the email you used to register this version of QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Find your subscription in the Products & Services list.
  4. Select Details, then Download.

To verify the legitimacy of the email you’ve received, here are a few things to look for if you’re unsure whether an email came from Intuit:

 

  • We’ll never ask for your personal info in an email.
  • Our emails will always come from an email address that ends with @intuit.com. This includes @e.intuit.com.
  • Any link we send you in an email will always be for an intuit.com address.
