How do I get QuickBooks to sync orders from WordPress/WooCommerce? I get a blank list in the apps report, but no orders.

The report shows the word variant for each item, but no dollar amount, and the order never syncs.

Hi, cindy.hurricanpr. Let’s work together. I’ll guide you on checking if your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is connected to your WooCommerce app. This allows you to sync your orders from the WooCommerce app.

 

You can check in the WooCommerce app to confirm if the variant is truly there. After that, you can also verify if it is properly connected to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. If it is not connected, you can connect it and then generate a report again to ensure it has successfully synced.

 

Here's how to verify if your WooCommerce app is connected to your QBO account.

 

1. Go to My Integration located in the top right corner of your screen, next to the notification menu.
2. Click on it to verify if it is properly connected to your WooCommerce app.
