How do I keep Quickbooks online, but close my Quickbooks checking account?

To close your QuickBooks Checking account while keeping your subscription active, ensure the account balance is zero by transferring the remaining funds or withdrawing them.
 

Once the balance is zero, contact the Green Dot team using the phone number on the back of your debit card. Their team will guide you through the entire process to ensure the account is closed appropriately.
 

Please rest assured that closing your QuickBooks Checking account won’t affect your QuickBooks Online subscription.
