how do i move form PAYMENTS TO DEPOSIT off of my PL?

Payments will always appear on the Profit and Loss report, Alicia, as they represent your income. To reflect the payment in your bank, create a bank deposit and select the account where you want the funds deposited.

Here's what you'll need to do:

1. In the left menu, click the + New button.
2. Under the Other section, select Bank deposit.
3. From the Account ▼ dropdown, choose the account you want to put the money into.
4. In the Add funds to this deposit section, enter all the payment information.
5. Choose Save and close.
