How do I permanently change the business address that shows up on invoices I send out? Its showing an old address and not updating. Using QB Self-Employed

I can go in and change it on each new invoice manually, but I want to change it so it always shows the new address with every future invoice I send out. We use the web based QB Self-Employed $35/mo plan.

Currently, QuickBooks Self-Employed is designed this way, and there isn’t an option to permanently set a default business address at this time, Michael. We understand how important it is to populate the latest business address every time you create an invoice without manually editing it.

  2. Head to Invoices.
  3. Click either Create invoice, Edit, or View/Edit.
