How do I print a check detail?

Just paid one of our vendors a large check for about 150 invoices.  Of course he wants a print out showing the bills paid and amounts.  However in QB Online I cannot figure out how to print the check detail showing each bill paid and how much was paid.  This was super simple in Desktop!

Welcome to the Community, @jbkdistributors. We'll help you generate a check detail to have it delivered to your vendor inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can run the Bill and Applied Payments report and customize it to show the bills paid and the amounts. We'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Reports tab.
  3. In the Search bar, enter Bill and Applied Payments.
  4. Select the result, and then enter a specific reporting period.
  5. Review the report.
  6. If everything checks out, click the Printer icon beside the Export icon.

Furthermore, you can check these handy articles to help you configure your current printer settings, and keep your data accurate inside the program:
