How do I verify transactions that are showing up on my Quickbooks Checking Account?

In QBO, I have a couple of transactions in my QB Checking Account that I don't think should be there (in that account) so how else can I verify transactions on the checking account outside of QBO?

You can access your monthly statements or contact Green Dot Bank to verify the transactions in your QuickBooks Checking account, Don.

Here's how to access your monthly statement in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Go to My apps menu, then choose Lending.
  2. Select QuickBooks Checking, then Manage.
  3. Choose your QuickBooks Checking account, then click Monthly Statements.

For more details and alternative ways, please visit the QuickBooks Checking FAQ article.

You can also contact Green Dot Bank to request a copy of your bank statements. Their phone number is listed on the back of your QuickBooks Checking debit card.

These methods will allow you to review the transactions on your bank statements and cross-check them with those showing in QuickBooks Checking to ensure everything matches.
