How do you create an NACHA ACH file to upload to your bank for ACH payments?

I would like to upload ACH payments to my bank in a file so I don't have to enter each one at a time to make my weekly bill payments. They only accept an NACHA formatted file.

Before moving forward and giving you an answer to the question, can you clarify if you are trying to create the file from QBO and then send it to your bank or vice versa?
