How do you switch back to classic view? I used the Gear Icon, but all that does is switch between accountant and business view.

Intuit is gradually phasing out the Classic View in favor of the new UI.

Some companies no longer have the option to switch back once they’ve been migrated.

If the classic view is critical for your workflow, consider contacting QuickBooks Support to see if they can assist or confirm your version’s options.
