How does one modify a question that one has posted?

You can modify a question for a short time and then it will be locked. For some reason this makes sense to Intuit (and likely no one else).

To modify an entry, click the three little dots to the upper right of your question or response and then pick the option to modify, if present. If not, it's locked.
