I appreciate you reaching out, @mrmenditservices.

Your initial QuickBooks Payments transaction requires a 5-7 business-day processing period for deposit into your account. This timeline is part of QuickBooks Payments' standard verification protocol for new accounts.

After completing this one-time verification process, all future payments will be deposited within 2-3 business days. You can also check the status of the payment. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the My apps menu and select Sales & Get Paid.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Payouts.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

It’s also worth noting that if there's an issue with a payment, the deposit list will mark it as delayed or on hold. You’ll receive an email from Intuit and be notified in your account of the payment issue. If you don’t see an email from us, check your email settings.
