How to change A/P acct when entering bills

I'll gladly share insights about your Accounts Payable account inquiry.

QuickBooks Online uses one accounts payable account. It's a default account for tracking all bill transactions. Though you can create multiple AP accounts, QuickBooks only uses the initial setup account to maintain one Accounts Payable account for bill tracking.
