how to fix an unresponsive left navigation bar in the app on windows. I cleared the browsing cache/data but nothing happens if I click on the 3 bars

To resolve the error you’ve encountered, I recommend selecting "Reset App Data" under the Help menu located at the top of your screen. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, alternatively you can try reinstalling the app on Windows. If the issue continues, I recommend contacting the live support team for additional assistance.
