How to open recnt transactions

You can use the search bar to view recent transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), jlee5855.

Here's how:

1. Click on the Search bar at the top portion of your QBO screen.
2. Select Show 5 more.
   

Also, for individual transactions, such as invoices, expenses, checks, received payments, or any vendor/customer transactions, you can use the "Recent Transactions" button located in the upper-left corner to find them easily. Here's how

1. Navigate Create + choose your recent transaction, for example, a Check.
2. Click the Clock icon.
