QBO US version doesn't yet provide Spanish language. If your client's company is located in South America or Spain, they may use QBO Global version or QBO EU version for Spain. Those versions provide the Spanish as one of language options.
If they are using the US version of QBO, then you would want to have them change their browser settings to another language.
Intuit does offer an International version of QBO (Less features) that you can change the language in the program itself or if your client is based in Mexico, they can get QBO for Mexico.
Hi, did you find a solution to the case with your Spanish client?
We want to implement QB in Spanish, however some of the features are not adjusted to the QB financial reporting rules. I found out that there might be some alternatives in external softwares that export QB data to Spanish accounting system to adjust it to the Spanish reporting standards and sending proper VAT declarations. However, I approached one company that is offering such solutions but I have not received any offer yet.

very late response but have you thought about using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, does all that and more! I have clients who use Quickbooks and when diversity of languaje is important, they moved to MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, works great too!
