Question

I just came to file my taxes for 2025 and I am missing all of my transactions from April-December 2025but I have them all for this year. What can I do to import them?

Welcome to the Community, @breakingbondageministries! There are two ways to import your transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE):

  • Via the Gear icon: Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner and select Import transactions.
  • Via the Transactions page: Go to the Transactions page, click the dropdown arrow next to Add transaction, and select Import transactions.

Make sure to select the correct account for the transactions you are importing. Once they're in, please check out the following article to help you categorize them: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
