I just received a call from [Removed PII - Phone number] telling me I had to pay over $500 for continued support services. they told me they were separate. Is this is a scam?

Legitimate contact from us will always come through official channels, such as emails from addresses ending in @intuit.com, or callbacks that you requested directly through the Help icon.
