I lost 2 hours of work on an invoice because the system logged me out. That only is reason to find a different software platform.

I understand. QuickBooks automatically logs you out after a set period of inactivity to protect your sensitive financial information. However, it measures activity only by direct mouse clicks, typing, or scrolling within specific form fields.

As a workaround to prevent losing progress on larger invoices, use the Save as draft option regularly as you work. This secures your progress in case you are timed out due to inactivity, ensuring you don’t lose any valuable work.
