I'm trying to upload old transactions from a CSV file but its not working--what should I do?

Did you receive an error message while importing your CSV file? In the meantime, please ensure your file doesn't exceed 100KB and that it follows either a 3-column or 4-column format.
 
If your file is beyond the maximum size, you will need to split it and upload it individually. The appropriate format for the 3-column version is Date, Description, and Amount, while the 4-column version should include Date, Description, Credit, and Debit.

Try opening your QBSE account on any private/incognito browser. Does it work?
