I need to give multiple accountans in the same firm access to my QBO. How do I do that in the Accounting firms tab for Manage users?

How do I add individuals in my accounting firm to my users?

    You'll only have to invite the primary admin of that accounting firm, Virginiah1. Once accepted, the other accountants of that firm will also have access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Company.

     

    Here's how:

     

    1. Log in to your QBO as an admin.
    2. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage users.
    3. Navigate to the Accountants or Accounting firms tab.
    4. Select Invite or Invite firm.
    5. Enter your accountant's First Name, Last Name, and Email.
    6. Click Save to finish.

     

    Once they've accepted it, you can share this article with them to help grant access to other users in their accounting firm for managing your company.
