I noticed only a random selections of my transactions from my credit card are synced with my quickbooks. How do I fix this?

Hi there, Ashley. In QuickBooks Self-Employed, only transactions that are posted and not already downloaded from your bank will appear, which can make it seem like only random transactions are syncing.

If you notice that some posted transactions are still missing, you can ensure your records are complete by manually refreshing your bank feeds. Go to the Gear icon > Manage Accounts > Refresh All.

For any remaining missing transactions for specific dates, you can manually import them into QuickBooks to ensure your records are complete.

This keeps all your transactions accurately recorded and ensures your income, expenses, and tax data are up to date.
