Thank you for reaching out, stacilhb. I completely understand how important it is to have your money transferred quickly and smoothly.

Typically, funds transferred via instant transfer are available within 30 minutes. However, there are certain factors that may affect the processing, which could explain why it didn't go through. Here are some key limitations to consider:

  • A daily limit of up to $5,000
  • A maximum of $10,000 or 5 transfers within 7 days
  • A maximum amount of $5,000 per transaction

Please also note that instant transfer availability and limits can vary. To check your account limits, go to Lending & banking, choose QuickBooks Checking, and then select Manage.

If these requirements are met and the transfer still wasn’t successful, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team. They have the tools to securely access your account and investigate why the transfer wasn’t processed.

Here’s how to contact them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon and select the Contact Us button at the bottom of the Search tab.
  3. Describe your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Continue and choose how to connect: Chat with us or Schedule an appointment.
