I would like the change my account phone number but It changes by sending a password to my old number. I do not have access to my old number.

In such cases, we suggest utilizing the Account Recovery process to update your phone number.

To start, complete the Account Recovery form and upload a clear photo of one of the following documents to confirm your identity:

• Driver’s license
• State-issued ID
• Passport
• Notarized document

Once submitted, your request will be processed within one business day.
