If my 1099-k for 2025 isn't in the Qb portal, where can I find this info? I've been trying for days to get on a chat or call, and can't seem to connect with Qb.

When you say it’s not in the portal, are you checking your regular QuickBooks dashboard, or have you logged into the Merchant Service Center?

The 1099-K is kept in a separate area specifically for payment processing, which is why it doesn't show up in your standard account. To find it, here’s how:

 

If you don't see a form there, it is possible that you didn’t meet the IRS threshold for 2025 (which is $20,000 in gross payments and 200 or more transactions), unless you live in a state with a lower limit, such as $600.
