We are using QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus. When I choose Utilities/Import/From Excel I don't get an option to upload Sales orders. Can someone let me know how to import the sales orders into QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus

Thanks

You need to use a 3rd party importer tool to do so. You can check TP Importer and it's a $199 one time license.

If your company is located in the US, you should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA via email directly. You can get a license for free. T&C appply.

Thanks. But what if we set up an external user, then turn on Accountant Toolbox. Won't we be able to batch input the sales orders there?

Let me chime in on this thread to provide some clarity on managing your data migration from Excel using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), Pen.

QBDT Premier Plus's built-in Excel import feature is primarily designed for Lists, such as Customers, and Items, rather than transactional data, like Sales Orders. This is why you're unable to find the option for Sales Orders within the system.

While turning on the Accountant Toolbox is a great idea to leverage its features. However, the batch entry functionality is only exclusive for certain products like QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and its Accountant version.

As a workaround, you'll have to consider exploring a third-party application, as SIAB have already mentioned.

You can check out our Intuit Marketplace to find an app designed for importing transactional data like Sales Orders.
