Installed the quickbooks online desktop app for users, on my computer i see the desktop view toggle to change the layout. But on users PC, the toggle does not appear.

Please know that the latest update has removed or inactivated the Desktop View flowchart access button for most users. Only the Accountant and Intuit Expert Services (IES) users will retain this feature.
