Is QB going to correct bank import to allow QBO files. After programming upgrade only allows csv files

Currently, both QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Sandbox accounts support importing bank data using the .QBO format, accounting476.

QuickBooks also supports .CSV, .QFX, .OFX, and .TXT file format when importing.
