Something is wrong with QB today. I logged into my account this morning to read the QB book keeper message before our 2:15pm and all my subscriptions were cancelled today. I received a message that “I” cancelled the appointment which I didn’t because I can’t access QB to cancel. I had to re-subscribe busing the same saved payments saved on QB but I still can not get access. Who do I need to contact for help? The customer service rep is unable to help.
