Question

Is the IOS Mobile App down? I can't believe I pay $1000 a year for this service and it has been down the last few days on my IOS version 18.5 Iphone 14 PRO Max.

Hangs on the INTUIT (Turbotx, Credit Karma QUickbooks Mailchimp) screen and not loading. This started happening 3 days ago... I've deleted app and done fresh install and the problem still remains. I can sign in the Computer but the IOS version hangs etc... This is ridiculous that I spend close to $1000 a year and this is happening etc...

Since the issue persists after trying the steps, you can contact our Live Support team for further assistance by accessing your account through a web browser.   1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help and choose the Search tab.



  3. In the search field, enter the keywords related to your concern.
  4. Click the Contact Us button at the lower part.



  5. Please choose between the methods to connect with our support.
  6. Please follow the on-screen instructions according to your selection.

 

In the meantime, you can once again access QBO through your web browser to avoid interrupting your business while our product engineers address this issue.

OK, I'll look into reaching out to Customer Service and start debugging a program that I already pay $1000 a year for... If would make sense if Intuit hired someone to debug their application instead of having customers that are paying for it have to debug it as well...

This is OBVIOUSLY a problem with the Mobile App and maybe compatibility problem or a corrupt account etc... INTUIT should fix this problem without customers having to complain before they look into it... I highly doubt I am the only person that this problem has happened to etc.....

    Same here, I was told the QuickBooks app is not compatible with the iOS 18.5 update and it is unknown when it will be fixed.

    I got the same reply from support. “The Quickbooks app is not compatible with anything later than 18.2 on your iPhone 13 Pro.” This after they specifically told me to update my

    iphone to the latest version. 🤯🤯🤯

    Meanwhile no compatibility information exists on their App Store page. 

    Intuit is one of the worst software companies I’ve ever had to deal with.
